WEEKEND!

I didn't post for yesterday because I was super busy. I went to Fort Collins with my buddy Dylan Bare and his friend. They got season ski passes. I wanted one but it seemed kind of pointless sense I'm moving before Christmas. We also looked at kites for two hours. It was kind of ridiculous but Dylan really wants one. After shopping around we drove home and went swimming at the UW pool last night. It was fun but super cold! I was pretty worn out from the day, so I put a movie in and hung out at home. I worked all day today. It was pretty busy. They put me on the register with the most people because they said for some reason I make the most tips! ha I took that as a compliment. I also got my pay check today! Always good! The weather is freezing here but it still hasn't snowed. My theory is if it's going to be this cold it might as well snow so it looks like Christmas. Beth went home this weekend so I'm just hanging out by myself working on stuff.

Productive day

Yesterday was a good day. I went to my history class in the morning. It's probably a good thing she takes attendance or I would never go. It's almost torture! We had to read the most boring book and the teacher just thinks it's the next Harry Potter or something. I think it's terrible. I went to work after that. It was really busy but I had a short shift. It wasn't bad at all. I like where I work. It's a little deli/restaurant called McAlister's. The people I work with are really fun. We joke a lot! They put this sticker from the back of the store that said use first on my back. I had no idea. I walked around the whole store like that. People probably thought I was crazy but it was a good joke. I also got a two dollar raise! Good News! I got home from work and started working on homework that of course I procrastinated doing for forever. It took me what felt like a lifetime! I started at 3:30pm and I didn't finish until 7:45pm. It was not fun! I was kind of frustrated with it. I think it might be a good idea to work on not procrastinating! I just hung out at home the rest of the night and worked on stuff. Kind of a boring day for me but I got a lot done!

Informing all of you

Hey everyone well my roomy Beth started a blog and I thought it was kind of a fun idea to keep everyone informed about my new life. I'm living in laramie and going to school right now. Go Pokes! I like Wyoming now! I know thats a shock. Beth and I have a house/condo. Its fun! We are enjoying it. We are really spoiled. I'm having lots of fun and meeting tons of people! It's a little bit of a jump from home and high school to college. I hate buying groceries, cleaning everything on my own, paying for my gas in my car, only having good food when I cook it and paying for my broke down car lol but I also love a lot of things. I love not having to be to school at 8:00am every morning, hanging out with friends all the time, watching chick flicks when I'm not doing homework and being on my own schedule. My classes are going well. I have a history teacher thats pretty crazy. We actually wanted to nominate her for What Not to Wear but figured we wouldn't get a very good grade in the class. I got a B on my last test dad you should be proud. Thanks to Mr. Collin's my history teacher in high school I got an A on my test about the constitution considering we didn't go over the material at all in my college class. My interpersonal communications class is going fabulous! I got 100% on my last test. I love learning the material because it applies in my life so well and it's so interesting. I have a biology class. It's kicking my butt. The teacher is cool though and I got to babysit her little boy for her. It was fun. Oh and I have a special friend that's in both my history and biology. He likes to tell me about video games and documentaries he has recently watched. Pretty interesting sense everyone knows how entertaining I believe both those things are lol. He told me I was beautiful in front of my entire history class. It was very sweet. Good times! I miss my family like crazy! I think I call my mom once a day just to talk to her. She's probably sick of me. It feels like I'm missing my brothers and baby sis grow up! It is so crazy how fast there growing up! Guy's dating I thought that day would never come. It's pretty scary! Jake's going to be in high school soon! Sarah is the baby! She can't be in middle school already! I miss them! I miss dad so much too I think I would even go golfing with him if he asked:) I miss Caleb he's in Kansas and it's forever away! I drove out once it was one long trip by myself but totally worth it! I miss his family too. I call Lesley a lot too. She even Sent me a goodie basket. I was thrilled! I miss working on the farm! I'm learning so much about myself that I didn't know before. I know that this is an awesome time in my life and I'm living it up! My motto "Life's not about waiting for the storm to pass but about learning to dancing in the rain." I adopted this motto over the last few months and it helps me live my life for me and just be happy! I hope this helps everyone keep up with my chaotic schedule. I miss and love all of you!
